Free Event, but at least $1 Donations are accepted to help strengthen the Literary community and bring more events like this for the upcoming year.

Early Registration will give readers a chance for a great
gift bag. FREE to readers and bookclubs.
All Authors after paying please send your pic and bio to motownwriters@yahoo.com. All paid authors will receive a mention in the program brochure that will be passed out to participants if your payment is received by October 1, 2009. Mention will include:
- Your short 100 word bio
- Book Covers
- Picture of Author
Book Club Presenter: Please email your book club bio, book club logo and group pic by October 1st to motownwriters@yahoo.com. Also send your 2010 through 2011 book picks as well. You will be making a 10 minute presentation about your group and encouraging readers to join your bookclub. Half Table spots will be available to display your bookclub.
Author Promotion: Mention in Program Brochure with 2 Book Donation. Send donation to promotional material address below.
Author Vendor: This includes a half table spot, mention in program brochure and five minutes to talk about their book in front of readers. One book can be sold per author. Authors should send book name, ISBN and mention information to motownwriters@yahoo.com by October 1, 2009.
Promotional Items (i.e.: paperback books, flyers, postcards, audio books, pencils, or others) can be mailed to: Sylvia Hubbard, EOM Book Club Mix and Mingle, 11393 Coyle, Detroit, MI 48227
Publishers can submit sell one author from their publishing company, but may distribute materials day of the event for their entire line. All books must be sold through Barnes and Noble. Please include ISBN's with each book title!
